We ship your softness with care and clarity.

At STYL Symphony, every order is a love note wrapped in cotton. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers in the United States. International shipping is not yet available, but it’s on our dream board.


Fulfillment Time

Each item is made just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and printing before your order ships.

Note: During high-volume periods (like holidays), processing times may extend slightly. We promise it’s worth the wait.


Shipping Time & Cost

Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location. On average:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your order leaves our hands and enters the care of the shipping carrier, we’re no longer able to control delivery speed. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect your delivery. If something goes wrong, please reach out, we’re here to help!


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking info shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, leasing offices, or household members.

  2. Wait 24 hours, sometimes carriers scan early.

  3. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@stylsymphony.com within 7 days of the scan.

We’ll do our best to assist with locating or replacing your order.


Eco Friendly Note

To reduce waste and overproduction, our items are printed on demand. It’s a little slower, but so much kinder to the planet.
