We offer refunds or replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery at support@stylsymphony.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once we review it, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. We always recommend checking the size guide before ordering to make sure it feels just right.
